Terms and Conditions for User-Uploaded Videos.
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website (“Website”) and the submission of videos (“Videos”) by you, the user (“User”). 14. a. We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect Users to do the same. If you believe that any Videos on our Website infringe your copyrights, please notify us promptly.

16. a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or remove any Videos, at our discretion and without notice, if we believe that you have violated this Agreement or any applicable laws.
17. Disclaimer of Liability:
18. a. We provide the Website and its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied.
19. b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Videos submitted by Users.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
21. a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
